The average person has a baddie outfit in their closet (or buried in the back of their drawer). It’s that little black dress or tight-fitting suit you wear when you want to feel like you can take over the world, and be just as fabulous as any villain who has ever stalked the big screen. And if your closet doesn’t have an everyday baddie outfit? It should!
The Kim Kardashian Look
While you might think of Kim Kardashian as a fashion icon, she’s actually an ideal example of what not to wear in your day-to-day life. Her outfits are almost always super over-the-top and extreme (and just plain tacky), but that doesn’t mean you can’t take a page out of her book when it comes to baddie dressing.
The Kristen Stewart Look
Kristen Stewart is one of Hollywood’s it girls right now, and it isn’t hard to see why. She has a tomboy style that still manages to look sexy and chic at once. Her go-to look is skinny jeans, dark colors, combat boots, and a leather jacket – usually worn with no shirt underneath.
The Jessica Alba Look
If you’re going for a baddie outfit, it may as well be hot! Jessica Alba does a great job of looking like she means business in her long-sleeved black T-shirt, tight blue jeans, and knee-high boots. Although she looks like she should be running around kicking butt in an action movie, it’s actually quite wearable in a modern way if you keep your hair up and wear more feminine heels.
The Jennifer Lawrence Look
First up is a look inspired by Jennifer Lawrence. This was one of my go-to outfits when I was in college, and it’s perfect for running errands around town, hitting up happy hour with friends, or going to class. Take Lawrence’s style as inspiration here—find a pair of ripped jeans and a plain top (this can be anything from a blouse to an oversized sweater) that you love. Layer it with some colorful jewelry, a fun scarf, and leather boots for extra flair.
The Olivia Wilde Look
Olivia Wilde is an American actress, producer, and activist. She has been described as a member of Hollywood’s it girl set. In 2009, she appeared in Disney’s Tron: Legacy. Her new movie is called Her, out now in theaters nationwide. Wear: A white blouse or button-down shirt can take on many different forms depending on how you style it.
The Emily Ratajkowski Look
One of today’s best-known baddies is Emily Ratajkowski. This doe-eyed brunette appeared in Robin Thicke’s summer 2013 music video Blurred Lines, which involved a lot of dancing and very little clothing. Since then, she has been featured in plenty of magazine spreads, including one spread for V magazine that shows her curled up on a sofa wearing nothing but nude lipstick, gloves, and shoes.
The Anna Kendrick Look
One of my favorite actresses is Anna Kendrick, who you may recognize from Pitch Perfect, Up in The Air, or Twilight. She’s always looking cute and stylish while rocking some interesting outfits—but she usually keeps it casual. While her looks aren’t totally baddie-inspired (I wouldn’t call a plaid shirt with high-waisted shorts baddie) they are definitely reminiscent of our favorite villainess.
The Margot Robbie Look
Known for her wicked sense of style, Margot Robbie rocks every look from casually cool to baddie chic. Take inspiration from The Wolf of Wall Street star in our top everyday baddie outfits.
The Cara Delevingne Look
With her penchant for casual streetwear and tomboyish charm, Cara Delevingne has cemented herself as one of fashion’s most iconic models—and style icons—of today. Though she was originally known for wearing oversized clothing and slouchy sweaters, Cara has quickly transitioned into being a high-fashion darling who just so happens to look effortlessly cool.
The Zendaya Coleman Look
Zendaya Coleman, a Disney actress, and singer/songwriter have stepped onto every red carpet in Hollywood looking flawless. I’m honestly not sure if there’s anyone else out there who can master both the sophisticated look and the everyday baddie look like she does. She always looks effortless—even when dressed up. So what’s her secret? Here are some everyday baddie outfit ideas inspired by Zendaya Coleman.
